We're not the kind of IT consultants who hide behind jargon and three-year contracts. Started back in 2011, Insight & Associates exists because we got tired of watching businesses get bullied by their tech vendors. You know that feeling? When your systems go down and nobody picks up the phone? We fixed that problem. Today, we work with 47 companies across Romania—everything from family-run manufacturers to growing service firms—helping them actually understand their technology instead of just paying for it. We're based in Oradea, but we've got folks who've been doing this work for longer than some of our competitors have even existed.

Our Story
Back in 2011, our founder got frustrated. He'd watched too many businesses get locked into expensive contracts they didn't need, managed by companies that didn't actually care if things worked. So he started Insight & Associates with one idea: what if IT consulting was just... honest? Thirteen years later, that philosophy still drives everything we do. We've grown to a team of 9 people, but we've stayed stubborn about one thing. We turn down work that doesn't fit. We don't oversell. And we pick up the phone.
